Our sell-out Christmas event The Santa Experience returns this winter and we are delighted to have added more shows for 2024!
Expect a few exciting additions to this year's group show where children meet elves Dooley and Dudley, wish away their Santa letters at our magical well, and then follow them on their journey to Santa’s Sorting Office at the North Pole, where they’ll meet Santa himself.
Santa will gather children round for a story, encouraging the audience to join in along the way.
Every child will have time to meet and have their photo taken with Santa, before our elves help children to select a special gift.

Various time slots are available each day and each show lasts approximately 30 minutes from the start time shown on your tickets.
Ticket Types
Child Ticket £20 + booking fee
Adult Ticket £3 + booking fee
If you are attending with a child or adult in a wheelchair please email us as soon as you have booked your tickets so that we can reserve more space in the cabin.
If you require a carer ticket please send an email to info@archerfield.estate so that we can organise this for you.
Babies under 1 years old attending with a paying sibling can attend for free but won’t receive a gift from Santa. No ticket is required. Buggies cannot be accommodated in Santa's Sorting Office so please be ready to leave these at our buggy parking area before the show start time.
Booking Terms
Every booking must include at least 1 child ticket and 1 adult ticket.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Max of 2 adults per booking.
Tickets which don't match the above critera will not be valid and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these.
Quieter Shows
We will be running 3 quieter shows this year which are aimed at children with ASN. At our quieter shows, there will be less people in Santa's Sorting Office and no loud noises or surprises from the cast. Children can leave the cabin if they need to during the show and our team will be on hand to assist where it is helpful.

Cancellation Policy
Should we have to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email with as much advance notice given as is possible and a full refund will be given.
Accessibility
The path leading into our Gardens is covered in fine gravel which wheelchairs should be able to navigate with ease. There is a small step to enter Santa’s Cabin but our team will be on hand to help should it be needed and a ramp is available on request.
Arrival & Santa Letters
Ensure you have your tickets with you when you arrive. You can bring either a print out or show us them on your phone. Please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket, to allow for writing letters to Santa. Should you wish to bring letters written at home, 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled time slot is plenty. Please be aware that letters 'wished away' at the well cannot be returned.
Refund Policy / Date & Time Swaps / Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable but can be swapped for other available time slots. In order to action a time slot or date change, login to your Universe account. Date / time swaps can be made up to 72 hours before the event start time shown on your tickets. If circumstances have changed and you find you are unable to attend, you can transfer your tickets to friends and family by logging in to your Universe account.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late for your booked time slot, please call us on 01620 388588 at the earliest opportunity. It is unlikely we will be able to accommodate you on a later show due to lack of space in the cabin, however, our team on the floor will be happy to check for any available slots on the day. Tickets cannot be refunded due to late arrival so please build in enough time for your journey.
Photos & Video
We encourage you to take photos and videos at the event and we would love you to share them with us on social media using @archerfieldwalledgarden on Instagram and @AWalledGarden on Facebook. All we ask is that during Santa’s story no video footage, or flash photography, is taken so as not to spoil the surprise for others who have yet to attend the event.
